Diane E. Levin, Ph.D., a professor of early childhood education at Wheelock College in Boston, is scheduled to speak with parents and Educators in local communities. Some in the series are open to the public. All offer an opportunity to reflect on children’s well-being and consider the milieu that exists in this electronic era. Her book, Beyond Remote-Controlled Childhood: Teaching Young Children in the Media Age also open doors of thought to education in a time of screens.
