Dr. Mercedes Schneider says of herself that first and foremost she is a teacher. She has been formally teaching in some capacity for the past 23 years. She taught for St. Bernard Parish Public Schools, her home; district, She later served as an Educator in Georgia. Dr. Schneider also taught graduate-level statistics and research courses in Muncie, Indiana, in the Department of Educational Psychology, Teachers College, at Ball State University. Schneider is an Author. Her newly-released, well-documented, whistle blower book on key individuals and organizations exploiting public education is titled: A Chronicle of Echoes: Who’s Who in the Implosion of American Public Education
