EmpathyEducates Embodied

The Empathy Educates Mission…
We act and advocate for equal and equitable [formal and informal] education as an inalienable human and civil right.

To ensure that the mission is established we proclaim, what we must never forget or forego…”Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’
~Martin Luther King, Junior

To Serve The Seventh Generation!! EmpathyEducates is a voice for the vitality and viability of our youth. Let us never forget that soon the young will be old and will have children of their own. The life cycle is a continuum, just as is the need to meet challenges continues!
In the words of Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Junior…”There will be neither rest nor tranquility In America, until the Negro [people of color and all who are afforded less] is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundation of our nation until the bright days of justice merge. And that is something that I must say to my people who stand on the worn threshold, which leads the palm of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protests to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force…

[All our brethren, regardless of race] They have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably hound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone. And as we walk we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who asking the devotees of civil rights, “When will you be satisfied?” We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro [people of color, victims of ignorance, and the ignored] is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of, police brutality.

We can never be satisfied as long as…our children are stripped of their adulthood and robbed of their dignity…

No, no, we are not satisfied, we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness ~ like a mighty stream.

We embody what we experience as essential in every life, empathy. Too often organizations and individuals “provide a service,” but do not serve. Some may see themselves as “leaders” – we prefer to be listeners who look within, learn from the great beyond, and work throughout, all in the interest of the whole.

EmpathyEducates endeavors to connect the wise and the wiser, the wonderful and the worthy. We see no man, woman, nor child as an island unto him or herself. All are water flowing in, out, and through, as are we. Dedication to discourse, alliance, and shared aspirations are our allegiance. We are EmpathyEducates. We are you!
