If college degrees are a basic requirement for entry level jobs then we need to start rethinking what it means to be the best, the brightest, eligible, and incredible.
Higher Education needs to be more than an expensive endeavor, too often out of reach.
Education is a 'right' we grant to our young ones or could be if only we would truly act on what we say we believe.
